F&B Operation Services Final Examination & Verification Visit.
This course is especially designed for those who would like to pursue their career in food and beverage service. This qualification provides the theory & practical essential to qualify as an F&B service staff. Integrating classroom lectures with role play / practical class and on job training in some of the leading hotels in Sarawak, our students acquire the skill needed for the job and qualify to work in any F&B service field internationally.
During their Level 3 final exam, our trainees are required to do a presentation regarding to F&B outlet of their choice. Presentation skills are very important for them to go further in their career.
