After months of class, finally our student are ready for their final exam which consist of Theory Paper & Practical Examination.
During the time allotted to them, our trainees need to prepare certain dishes according to the industry standards & present their final products to the examiner.
They will be evaluated according to few general areas such as Food Safety & Hygiene, Organizational Skills, Cooking Skills & Culinary Techniques & lastly, Taste & Presentation Skills.
