SG Akademi Sarawak’s Trainees Industrial Training At Tandang Sari Restaurant, Sri Aman.
Our trainees who undertake a part of their course in a practical training are more likely to graduate with a better understanding of how the industry works and have a better feel for the processes involved in their chosen career. They will enter the workplace with a much higher level of understanding & confidence of what is required of them. There is a mantra within the education industry that relates to these ideas, it goes: “I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand”.
Tandang Sari Restaurant’s management gave our trainees a task to create new menu for their restaurant. And so far the restaurant management have tried 2 menus created by our trainees and they love it. By doing so, we believe that our trainees will get a lot of exposure about culinary world industry.
