SG Akademi Sarawak’s Sushi Making Practical Class.


We would like to equipped our trainees with skills & knowledge of preparing all kind of dishes, not only local dishes but also dishes from other countries as well.

Sushi appeared like the much – needed breath of fresh air in the culinary world right about the time people started taking their health more seriously. It is low in fat, low in artificial sugar & salt.

All of our trainees had the unique opportunity to learn the art of sushi making from our very experienced trainer.
