SG Akademi Sarawak’s 2nd batch of culinary arts trainees in Kota Samarahan is on their way to future culinary careers in the growing hospitality industry in Sarawak. The class of 13 students took their final exams this week after a 12 month extensive culinary education. The unique model of our academy trains the students in technique & the science of cooking while providing quality hands-on experience, resulting in a highly qualified graduate.
During the final exam, our trainees need to prepared a 4 course meal consist of appetizer, soup, main course & dessert.
The finals were judged by one of a very experienced culinary industry panel, Chef Wan Faizal. These skilled students will graduate after their final exam & will be ready for jobs that strengthen the culinary industry in Sarawak.
