The entrepreneur is a crucial factor because it drives the growth of an enterprise. Continuing training & education to update & equipped themselves with knowledge & skills. Even if the entrepreneur is not the actual success factor, it is the entrepreneur who operationalizes the factor, initiates the activity & make changes happen. This means a woman entrepreneur must be deeply motivated to overcome structural & sector specific constraints & setting long term goals & for success to upgrade successfully.
