Another Product of Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Under Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) & SG Akademi Sarawak.
James Lee from Kuching, Sarawak joined SG Akademi Sarawak 2 years ago. He took Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Food Preparation & Production Level 2 & Level 3.
Now he’s working with one of our industry partner, Ken’s Kitchen, as Junior Chef, in-charge of salad and desserts bar & assist at deep fried section.
Ken’s Kitchen is the only open concept Western Fusion restaurant in Sarawak.
