Muhammad Firdaus bin Mohd. Zulkarnain come from Kota Samarahan, Sarawak joined SG Akademi Sarawak 2 years ago. He took Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Food Preparation & Production Level 2.
We always incorporates our curriculum framework that gears itself to compete with industry – driven standards. Now he’s working at Rasfoody Food Kitchen at LD Lagenda, Kuching.
